    Job Description

    Business Development Associate: Key member of Integrity’s Business Development team, assisting and managing all stages of the deal execution process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with the M&A process and financial statements. Integrity is a prolific, execution-oriented team that does more M&A in a month than most investment firms complete in a year.

    Help shape Integrity’s organic and inorganic growth strategy through market research and analysis, and to execute on that strategy by partnering cross-functionally to evaluate and structure acquisitions and partnerships. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

    Drive M&A transaction execution process from end-to-end, including cross-functional business due diligence, third-party due diligence, deal structuring, financing and negotiation.

    Lead evaluation of new opportunities, from initial phone calls with acquisition targets, early stage due diligence, valuation, internal presentation of deal opportunities to the investment committee and driving transactions to signing and subsequent closing.

    Collaborate closely with Business Sellers; Integrity’s Senior Management of HR, Legal, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Tax; and top-flight external advisors of each diligence workstream.

    Lead market research and analysis to holistically assess the senior and near senior insurance, market share analysis and competitive benchmarking. Be a strategic thought partner, developing thesis for, and driving exploration of, new avenues of growth.

    Improve and maintain business development processes and decision-making frameworks based upon industry best practices.

    Build and nurture the business development pipeline, including the identification and process progression of new opportunities.

    Partner with business development team in M&A transaction execution process from end-to-end, including cross-functional business due diligence, third-party due diligence, deal structuring, financing and negotiation

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Two to four years of experience in M&A transaction services, investment banking, consulting and/or private equity
    • Extensive experience modeling and data management in Excel while utilizing PowerPoint and Word to communicate with senior leadership and external professionals to manage transaction documentation
    • Proactive and hungry attitude to drive process in an accelerated and transaction heavy environment 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking in groups and individuals with finesse
    • Professional positive demeanor
    • Strong consultative, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated leadership
