Responsibilities: Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Qualifications: Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Prefer current State Licensed Personal. • No Experience is necessary, but Prefer experienced in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending. • Understanding Loan Originating Software such as Encompass, Experian, LendingWize, or Clayx and office Suite is highly preferred.
