Job Title: Housekeeping/Floor Tech - Multiple Location

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Housekeeping/Floor Tech across multiple locations. This position will involve performing a range of cleaning and janitorial duties, as well as specialized tasks related to floor care and maintenance. The Housekeeping/Floor Tech will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our facilities are clean, organized, and presentable according to company standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning in various areas of our facilities.- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas, paying particular attention to high-traffic zones, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.- Restock janitorial supplies and keep inventory of cleaning materials to ensure availability when required.- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, meetings, and gatherings, including arranging furniture, setting up audiovisual equipment, and providing general support.- Handle and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.- Operate and maintain floor care machinery, such as floor buffers, burnishers, and carpet cleaning equipment.- Follow instructions and usage guidelines for specialized floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and condition.- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively in accordance with established schedules and timelines.- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.- Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial role preferred.- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, with the ability to handle and use them safely and effectively.- Experience and expertise in floor care procedures, including stripping, waxing, buffering, and carpet cleaning.- Ability to operate and maintain floor care machinery, such as buffers, burnishers, and carpet cleaning equipment.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, across multiple locations.
