• $72,000 - $78,000+ Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities

• No On-Call
• Flexible Schedule
• Co-Ordinated Routes to Limit Travel

Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluation, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services, and educational and training activities.

Submits clinical notes, submits progress notes, and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required Upon Hire
• 1 Year Home Health Experience

OR

• Recent High Acuity Experience (ER, ICU, PCU, OR, PACU, Med Surg, ETC.)
