    Due to our client’s continuous growth in their clinics, they are looking to add a driven and talented Clinic Director to join their team in Locust Grove, GA.

    The Position: Our Client is looking for a Clinic Director to join their growing team. The pay range our Client is offering is a $75,000 + salary (based on experience).

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
    • Valid Physical Therapist Georgia License
    • 1-2 years of Experience Managing a Case Load and a Team of Clinicians.
    • Minimal Travel to and From Clinics
    • Experience Working in an Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting (Not Required, but Preferred)
    • Ability to effectively supervise a team of clinicians and support staff. Model positive behavior, organize, and maintain workflow, provide effective leadership, and exercise independent clinical judgement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday – Friday; 7:00AM – 4:00PM, 10:00AM – 7:00PM (Flexible Rotation)
    • No Weekends
    • Full Support Staff
    • Reports to Regional Vice President
    • 36-40 Clinical Hours / Weekly
    • 2-3 Marketing Hours Twice Monthly
