Hospice Social Worker - PRN

We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Nashville, TN area. They are a non-for-profit organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

The Company: Our client mission is to make quality Hospice care available to all persons, their families, and those affected by serious illness, death, and dying in their community; to advocate effectively for patients comfort, dignity, and choice; and to be recognized as the leading resource in clinical, ethical, and spiritual issues of dying and grief.

The Position: We’re actively looking for a Hospice Social Worker (PRN).

• $22 - $26+ Per Hour

Requirements:

• Master’s degree Required
• Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Tennessee

Responsibilities:

• PRN Schedule
• Provides short-term supportive counseling services to patients and families.
• Required to travel in the field to homes and facilities
