Licensed Practical Nurse – Detox and/or Psychiatric

Job Responsibilities

• Day and Night Shift Available
• 3 12-Hour Shifts: 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
• Every Other Weekend
• Communicates and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
• Monitor patients’ health by checking their vital signs, including pulse rate, blood pressure, and body temperature
• Monitors and reports patient’s symptoms, changes in status and diagnostic test results

Requirements:

• Must Have At Least 1 Year of Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Substance Abuse/Behavioral/Mental Health Experience Preferred
• Must Have Current Illinois LPN License
• Experience With Meditech EMR Preferred
