FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN

THE POSITION: Our Client is looking for a Family Practice Physician. The pay range our Client is offering is $175,000 - $300,000 depending upon experience.

• Relocation expense reimbursement
• Sign on bonus negotiable
• Malpractice insurance covered
• ELIGIBLE FOR STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT
• HPSA Score 15
• 240 Hours of PTO (Holidays included)
• $2,500 CME Reimbursement
• 401K 5% match

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certification in Family Practice required
• Current Missouri and Illinois Medical Licenses required
• Must have Suboxone waiver
• New Grads accepted
• Sponsorship available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monday-Friday 8-5 (One late day)
• 24-26 patients a day
• No weekends
• No Nights
