Home Health LPN

We are currently searching for an LPN to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive, well run, and financially stable Hospice organization in the Boca Raton, FL area. Since 1978, they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible For Home Visits With Imminent Patients
• Floated to Inpatient Units as Well
• Flexible Hours Can do 8, 10 or 12 Hour Shifts

Requirements:

• Licensed LPN in the State of Florida
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Public Health, Home Care, Hospice or Med Surg
• 30 Hour IV Certification Required
• Experience with EMR
• Basic Life Support Certification
