The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified General Dentist to join their team. They are looking for a provider with experience working for a non-profit organization who is comfortable treating the underserved. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• Two Compensation Options for First Year:
• Standard Program: Hourly Wage Plus RVU Production Incentive (Without Cap)
• Transition Program: $140,000 Base Pay Without Production Incentive
• 4 Weeks PTO 1st year (5 weeks thereafter)

Requirements:

• Valid and Clear Michigan Dental License
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Must Be Able to Function Independently (Will be 1 of 2 Providers in the office)
• Experience with Non-Profit Dentistry
• Experience Treating the Underserved

Responsibilities:

• Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs from 7:30am to 5pm
• Closed Friday/Sat/Sun
• No Evenings
