Intake Specialist

We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well-run, financially stable home health organization in the Chicago Suburbs. They are an organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

Our client is offering the following benefits:

• Up to $65,560 Yearly Salary
• Reimbursement for Insurance
• PTO-14 Days In Your First Year

Requirements:

• Intake Experience Preferred
• Hospice or Home Health Experience Preferred
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities:

• M – F (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• No Weekends
• No Nights
• Serves as liaison and provides feedback from referral sources
• Answers and responds to multiple calls including inquiries, intake, family, and healthcare providers
• Files, faxes, logs, and maintains data in an accurate and readily accessible fashion
• Helps Plot
• Confirms Insurance
• Assist in Entering Notes When Needed
