    Bilingual Licensed Therapist

    We are a nonprofit organization with over 48 years of experience providing behavioral health treatment services to the greater Tampa Bay area. We are a HRSA-approved site and you may be eligible to apply for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. We are also Nationally Accredited and have won numerous national and state awards for premier services. We serve all ages and take all insurances. We have board-certified MDs who will provide a consultation of what an individual plan might look like when people don't know what to do, much like other Doctor consultations.

    The Position: We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Licensed Clinician LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC and offer the following compensation package: 

    • Up to $70,000 Per Year (Based on Experience) 
    • 403(b) with company match
    • Medical, Dental, and Vision (Eligibility 1st of the month after 60 days)

    Requirements:

    • Master's Degree
    • 2+ Years of Experience in a Similar Role
    • LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT Licensed in Florida
    • Must Be Able to Pass a Background and Drug Screen Before the Start Date.
    • Using SmartCare EMR
    • Spanish Speaking Required

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 
    • Working with the Court Services
    • Conduct client assessments and evaluations including screening for co-occurring disorders.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients that address chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders.
    • Develop discharge plans with clients that include provisions for co-occurring disorders if identified.
    • Monitor client fee payments and refer clients for financial staffing.
    • Retrieve drug screen results and document them in the file.
    • Provide case management services for clients.
    • Provide individual, group, and family counseling, as necessary.
