Insurance Plan Coordinator - Dental Office
We are actively seeking an Insurance Plan Coordinator for an immediate need in beautiful St. Augustine, FL.

The Position: We are looking for an Insurance Plan Coordinator to work a full time schedule.
- $20-25 An Hour Depending on Experience

Requirements:
- Need 1+ year of Experience Working in a Dental Practice
- Insurance Verification, frequencies and limitations
- Manage Insurance verifiers
- Enter new insurance companies in the software
- Follow up on outstanding claims
- Ensures all insurance claims and pre-authorizations are submitted electronically
- Reviews daily claims reports to ensure all claims were accepted by clearing house
- Resubmits and/or appeals denied claims
- Enter insurance checks and/or EFT from insurance companies
- Reconcile EOB’s
- Prepares accurate billing statements for patients
- Assist patients financially with payment plans
- Answers and assists patients with billing questions or issues
- Reviews daily deposit activities for accuracy
- Updates fee schedules
- Answers phones if needed
Responsibilities:

- 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday
- Rotating Saturday Schedule of 7:30am-2pm
