Insurance Plan Coordinator - Dental Office

We are actively seeking an Insurance Plan Coordinator for an immediate need in beautiful St. Augustine, FL.

The Position: We are looking for an Insurance Plan Coordinator to work a full time schedule.

• $20-25 An Hour Depending on Experience

Requirements:

• Need 1+ year of Experience Working in a Dental Practice
• Insurance Verification, frequencies and limitations
• Manage Insurance verifiers
• Enter new insurance companies in the software
• Follow up on outstanding claims
• Ensures all insurance claims and pre-authorizations are submitted electronically
• Reviews daily claims reports to ensure all claims were accepted by clearing house
• Resubmits and/or appeals denied claims
• Enter insurance checks and/or EFT from insurance companies
• Reconcile EOB’s
• Prepares accurate billing statements for patients
• Assist patients financially with payment plans
• Answers and assists patients with billing questions or issues
• Reviews daily deposit activities for accuracy
• Updates fee schedules
• Answers phones if needed

Responsibilities:

• 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday
• Rotating Saturday Schedule of 7:30am-2pm
