The Position: Our Client is looking for a Director of Behavioral Health

• Starting Salary $90,000

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Education, Or Mental Health Counseling
• Current Florida License (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• 1+ Year of Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
• On Call Typically By Phone Only
• Oversight of All Residential Treatment Facilities, Shelters, Housing Programs, And Homeless Case Management Services 
• Staff Development: Hiring, Orientation/Training, And Oversight of Staff 
• Development And Oversight of an Annual Budget, Contract Negotiations, Liaison Functions with the State of Florida 
• Procedure And Curriculum Development
• Ensuring Documentation And Reporting Requirements
