Our growing medical center is looking for a full-time LCSW in Waterbury CT. We strive to offer exceptional health services and deliver quality, compassionate care to everyone. Our services go beyond primary care and include assistance for our communities’ most vulnerable individuals and families.

Compensation:

• $62,700 + Annually Depending on Experience
• 100% Premium free UnitedHealthcare core coverage.

Requirements:

• Licensed in Connecticut.
• Experience with Adult Outpatient Population.
• Spanish a Plus.
• Flexible Team Player.

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
• No Substance Abuse Patients
• No Nights. No Weekends. No On Call.
• 6-8 Patients per Day.
• Must be open to covering shifts other clinics (all within a 5-mile radius)
