    Director of MAT Services 

    We are a nonprofit organization with over 48 years of experience providing behavioral health treatment services to the greater Tampa Bay area.     The Position: We are seeking a Director of MAT Services and offer the following compensation package:

    • $80,000 to $85,000 a Year (Based on Experience)
    • 403(b) Retirement Package with Company Match
    • Medical, Dental, and Vision (Eligibility 1st of the month after 60 Days)

    Requirements:

    • Full Time Opportunity - Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
    • Minimum Masters Degree in Related Field (Psychology, Health Services, Healthcare Administration, etc.) 
    • CAP, CAPP, or CCJAP Certified 
    • year related experience working in the field of substance abuse or mental health counseling.
    • Report directly to the VP of Clinical Services
    • 11 to 15 Supervisory Responsibilities 

    Responsibilities:

    The Director of MAT Services will provide clinical and administrative direction for programs, supervise day-to-day operations and provide clinical supervision and training. They will direct personnel engaged in providing any facet of Opioid treatment services from billing and nursing to counseling and case management. Additional responsibilities will include: 
    • Provide direct supervision of all program supervisors.
    • Direct daily operations, respond to inquiries, and serve as the point of contact to resolve conflicts.
    • Conduct direct care services, as needed, to ensure service unit and contract compliance.
    • Train staff on identifying and addressing co-occurring disorders.
    • Plan and conduct staff development activities including staff orientation, performance evaluations, role modeling, scheduling and training as required.
    • Provide staff orientation, performance evaluations, role modeling, scheduling and training.
    • Monitor employee morale and recommend ways to improve retention and job satisfaction.
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with major referral sources.
