    Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) OR Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

    The Position: The PMHNP or Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse will provide professional psychiatric services at an outpatient clinic including but not limited to psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and psychopharmacological education.

    • $160,000 + Depending on Experience
    • Hybrid Schedule,  4 Days/Week: Monday and Wednesday 8:30-4:30 Remote, Tuesday 8:00AM-8:00PM Office, Thursday 8:30AM-4:30PM Office, Friday Off

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Nursing
    • Must Possess MAT Waiver or be Willing to Obtain Within 60 Days of Employment
    • RN- New Jersey with Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Specialist
    • COVID-19 Vaccination Required; Booster Optional.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse working in Psychiatrics
    • Active and Clear license to practice in New Jersey

    Responsibilities

    • Psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow-ups
    • Prescribing, Dispensing, and Administering of Psychiatric Medications
    • Order and Evaluate Results of Diagnostic Tests
    • Providing Medication Education (Including Risks, Benefits, and Alternatives with Patient and/or Responsible Parties
    • Attend CME, or CEU Programs to Enhance Clinical Skills and to Maintain Advanced Practice Certification.
    • Additional Responsibilities May Be Required
