Accountant

Full Charge responsibility for successful execution of financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company’s reports and statements. This position will report to company ownership. This position will be responsible for all accounting functions for a single company. Salary is $55,000 - $60,000k+ depending on experience.

• Accounts Payable entry, preparation for processing and review
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts for month end reporting
• Daily journal entries which include multiple cost centers
• Reconcile cash daily as well as multiple credit/debit accounts for cash flow projection
• Strong understanding of inter-company accounts
• Maintenance of DropBox files for multiple projects
• Additional duties as directed.

Required skills and qualifications:

• A strong understanding of Quickbooks
• Strong mathematical, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and analyze General Ledger detail

Experience:

• Accounts Payable: 1 year (Required)
• General Ledger: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• Minimum: Associates Degree (Required)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (exceptions as needed)
