Nurse Practitioner

Our client is a growing healthcare organization based in Spring Valley, NY.

The Company: Our Client provides patient-focused precision medical care to patients in assisted living facilities and is committed to providing patients with the highest quality medical care.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• 40% of Medicare Fee Schedule
• Ability to Make Additional Compensation
• 1099 Position
• Potential Sign on or Relocation.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in Geriatrics
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Active New York License
• Minimum 4 hours in facility (can chart from home)

Responsibilities:

• 4 Days a Week (No Weekends)
• Flexible Scheduling
• Inpatient ALF Facility Providing Primary Care
