Hospice – Case Manager

The Position: We’re actively looking for a Registered Nurse and is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $85,000 to $92,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse Licensed to Practice in Texas
• EMR- Home Care Home Base (Point Care)
• Must Have Reliable Transportation And Maintain a Current Driver License

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8:00 to 5:00)
• Average of 15 Patients Per Week
• No on Call
• Tarrant, North Downtown to Mid Cities Coverage Area
