We are seeking a qualified Home Health Registered Nurse for an immediate opening in San Diego, CA. Our Client delivers best in-class patient care and believes that quality home health care is an integral part of any patient’s treatment plan. Our client’s top priority is providing high quality skilled care to improve patient outcomes and quality of life by empowering patients to manage their health at home.

• $130 Per Assessment
• $50 Incentive Per Incentive

Additional responsibilities for the Physician Assistant include:

• PRN
• Flexible Scheduling
• 3-4 SOC Visits Per Day
• Bilingual

Job Requirements

We are looking for dedicated and professional Home Health Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific qualifications for the Registered Nurse role include:

• Experience with Home Health or Hospice
• Current California License Required
