    We are seeking a full time Pediatrician to join our growing team in Houston, Texas!

    Requirements:

    • Medical Doctorate with Current Licensure in Texas
    • Board Certified in Pediatrics
    • No Hospital Work or Rounding
    • Possess an interest in working with newborn to adolescents.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
    • Must complete the minimum hours of continuing education to maintain professional license.
    • Must maintain good standing with professional licensing board.
    • Must demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity to all populations served.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, community, and the general public.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform assessments and provide treatment to clients of the clinic
    • Keep scheduled hours for, work hours to remain flexible according to the needs of clinic expansion
    • Meet or exceed productivity requirements as set forth by the Medical Director of Pediatrics
    • Follow clinical diagnostic and evidence based treatment protocols for pediatric treatment
    • Remain available by phone during regularly schedule hours should assistance be required
    • Assist in the review and development of patient education material and practice guideline
    • Provide supervision of health care students assigned to the clinic for educational purposes
    • Develop and maintain a program for clinical quality assurance
    • Supervision of non-physician providers, including Licensed Therapists, Certified Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Physicians Assistants with respect to pediatric treatment.
