Periodontist

The Company: Our Client strongly believes that their practice sets itself apart from the rest not just because of how they treat patients, but because of how they treat their team too.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Periodontist to work on a part time basis at an established private practice in Jacksonville:

• 38% of Productions and Up, Depending on Experience
• 1099 Contract Employee
• 100% Fee For Service (FFS)
• Experienced Team In Place Already
• Majority of Lab and Materials Are Paid For By the Practice

Requirements:

• Active Florida License
• Completed Residency in Periodontics
• IV Sedation Preferred, But Not Required
• Must Be Comfortable Seeing Teenagers and Up

Responsibilities:

• One Day a Week
• Friday is Ideal, But Flexible
• Ability to Add On Extra Days if Willing to Travel in Jacksonville
• 7:30am-4:00pm
