Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Nashville, TN area. They are a non-for-profit organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

Our client is offering the following benefits:

• $95,000-$117,790 Based On Experience

• PTO-26 Days In Your First Year
• Retirement Package: 403b available from the first day of employment –Company matches the first 3% contributed by an employee at a 50% rate
• Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.
• Will pay for your the following 

• Licensing and Dues
• $2,800.00 for CEU and CEU-related travel expenses
• 3 paid days for approved CEU activities.

Requirements:

• Licensed Advanced Practice Provider in TN
• Certified as an Advanced Practice Prover by the AANP
• Hospice, Palliative, and/or Geriatric Experience
• Inpatient/Hospital Based Experience as an NP or RN ICU Experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, timely, and cost-effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

• M – F (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• No Call
• Hospital Based
