    Chief Financial Officer - CFO 

    We have been serving the Florida community for over 20 years and are one of the largest outpatient physical therapy health systems in Florida. We are looking for a qualified Chief Financial Officer here in warm and sunny Sarasota Florida who will provide insights to help our Company maximize financial performance and guide the alignment of our infrastructure to support continued growth and expansion. 

    Compensation Package

    • $180,000 to $200,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)
    • Annual 30% Productivity Bonus

    Job Responsibilities

    • Full-Time Monday Through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 
    • As a member of the executive team, the CFO will report to the CEO and assume a leadership role in the financial management of the Company
    • This leader will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling the finance and accounting activities of the Company
    • As a hands-on leader, the CFO will have a detailed understanding of the processes and internal controls surrounding the financial function
    • Work closely with the CEO, PE sponsor, BOD, and the operating executives to drive the Company to superior levels of performance – with an emphasis on improving and scaling the infrastructure to support profitable growth and cash flow management
    • Build and manage a cash flow model to provide financial insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets
    • Provide financial leadership, planning, guidance, and analysis across all major initiatives of the Company
    • Lead the process of translating operational plans into reliable financial forecasts including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow items

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of proven Healthcare leadership experience directing finance and accounting teams.
    • Operationally oriented with experience in a healthcare services business model required
    • Revenue Cycle Management experience 
    • Successful track record of operationalizing growth through back-office automation, process discipline, and standardization.
    • Previous experience as a CFO or Vice President in a Private Equity sponsored organization.
    • Experience working in high-growth entrepreneurial companies. • Experience working with outside investors providing timely and accurate information at their request.
    • Prior experience assessing and improving finance infrastructure; leveraging and implementing reliable systems and cost-effective processes.
    • Excellent management, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
