The Company: Our Client is a large behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults who are experiencing an acute mental, emotional, or substance use crisis. They are known for the great care they take with patients and employees alike.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Case Manager and is offering the following benefits package:

• Starting Salary of $54,000 (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Or Marriage and Family
• Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
• Provides Clinical And Supportive Services For Individuals Who Were Formerly Homeless And Now Living in the Community And Suffer From Co-Occurring Disorders/Substance Use
• Conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments
• Develops, Implements, and Monitors Client’s Treatment Plans Monthly as Needed
• Seeing 4-5 Clients a Day
