Licensed Therapist Supervisor

We have board-certified MDs who will provide a consultation of what an individual plan might look like when people don't know what to do, much like other Doctor consultations.
The Position: We are seeking a Licensed Therapist Supervisor and offer the following compensation package:
- Up to $75,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)
- 403(b) with company match

Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- 2+ Years of Experience in a Similar Role
- LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT Licensed in Florida
- Must Be Able to Pass a Background and Drug Screen Before the Start Date.
- Using SmartCare EMR
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision of direct care staff and clinical intervention and case management for patients diagnosed with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring chemical dependency and psychiatric disorders.
- Supervise 6 - 10 employees.
- Provide clinical assistance and guidance, acting as a resource for direct care staff regarding program procedures.
- Provide direct supervision and coordination of direct care staff to include hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate patient intake admissions and assign primary counselor.
- Monitor the status of patient fee payments, patient employment activities, and phase-ups.
- Develop weekly group schedules.
