    Accounting Assistant -THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in an administrative accounting assistant role, is proficient with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and is extremely detail oriented. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

    • $23 to $27 Per Hour
    • Monday – Friday, Flexible Schedule
    • Full Benefits with Employer Contribution to Premiums
    • 401K with Company Match
    • PTO

    Requirements:

    • 3 Years of Accounting Clerk or Assistant Experience Required
    • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Proficiency
    • ADP Proficiency
    • MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Proficiency
    • Proficient with Accounting Basics
    • High Attention to Detail
    • Ability to Multi-Task and Self-Manage
    • Time Management Skills – HIGH PRIORITY
    • Ability to Follow-Up with Tasks Regularly and Without Supervision

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist CFO With Payroll Preparation
    • Excel Spreadsheet Data collection, Analysis and Preparation
    • Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging using QuickBooks Desktop
    • Accounts Receivable Collections
    • Credit Card Reconciliation – Multiple Accounts
    • New Hire Onboarding and Terminations Utilizing ADP
    • Other Related Duties as Assigned Pertaining to Financial Reporting, Data Collection and Reconciliation
