Responsibilities:

• Full-Time Monday to Friday Opportunity
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Day to Day-to-day operations, Activities, and Patient Care Staff
• Oversee Quality Management Program
• Manages Case Management Staff

Requirements:

• Currently Licensed as A Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia
• 2+ Years of Hospice and Home Health Experience – Preferred
• 3+ Years of Experience as A Registered Nurse
• On-Call 1 Weekend Per Month
• Minimal Field Work (Emergencies Only)
• Reliable Transportation with Appropriate Insurance Coverage
• Great Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
