Head Baker

The Company: We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable delicatessen in the Sarasota, FL area. They have experience in gourmet foods and sandwiches with many successful locations.

The Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Head Baker for their new location in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This baker should be proficient in all breads and rolls. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $55,000 - $65,000+ Salary Based on Experience
• Potential Sign-On Bonus
• Health Insurance

Requirements:

• Minimum Five Years Experience in Start to Finish Bread Production
• Must Be Proficient in All Breads, Especially Rye & Challah
• Experience in a Delicatessen is Preferred
• Familiar With All Mixing, Proofing and Baking Equipment
• Knowledge in Pastries is Also Preferred

Responsibilities:

• 6 Days a Week – 6-8 Hour Days
• Respectful and Good Attitude
• Able to follow a Recipe
