Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Texas.

The Position: We’re looking for a qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $110,000 - $150,000 Depending on Experience

Requirements:
- Mon - Fri. 8a - 5p
- 7 Years of Experience Related to the Responsibilities Specified
- Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Accounting or Finance required
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and report on the organization
- Understanding of TANF Program regulations and compliance requirements
- Ensures collection, preparation, and distribution of timely, relevant, and materially accurate financial statements including productivity data and other financial information
- Presents monthly finance reports to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors; presents other financial reports to the Board, grant agencies or other parties as required and /or directed by the CEO
- Monitor HRSA EHB to all financial reports submitted on a timely basis
- Works in conjunction with the senior leadership team to develop capital/operating plans including the development of financial goals and objectives as defined by the Board approved strategic plan
- Participates in the annual Board of Directors strategic planning meetings
- Identifies major capital and other major resource requirements and resources; works with other senior leadership in preparing proposals and appropriate application documents
- Discusses financial goals and objectives with subordinate staff and develops action plans to implement relevant goals and objectives
- Prepares and presents daily/weekly/monthly financial dashboards to and senior leadership team
- In conjunction with senior leadership, the CFO prepares the following budgets:
- HRSA Budget Period Renewal (BPR)
- HRSA Service Area Competition Grant (SAC)
