Shipping Associate

The Position: We are looking for a Shipping Associate that has a solid understanding of shipping, logistics and inventory flow.

• Hourly Pay Rate is $20 to $30 Per Hour Depending on Experience
• 6 Federal Holidays Paid
• 1 Week PTO First Year

Responsibilities:

• Review Orders for Accuracy and Completeness Before Processing.
• Utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS Platforms to Print Shipping Labels and Schedule Pickups.
• Quote Freight Orders and Produce Bills of Lading (BOL) and Other Necessary Documentation.
• Handle Filing of Shipping Claims and Disputes
• Coordinate Shipments to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Warehouses.
• Work with Shopify and Amazon Platforms to Manage Orders and Shipping Processes.
• Maintain Organized Records of Shipments and Documentation.
• Assist With Inventory Management as Needed.
• Collaborate With the Shipping Manager to Optimize Shipping Processes

Requirements:

• Previous Experience in Shipping and Logistics, Preferably With High Volume (150-300 Packages/Day).
• Familiarity With Shipping Software Such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and USPS Click-N-Ship.
• Proficiency in Using Shopify and Amazon Platforms for Order Processing and Fulfillment.
• Detail-Oriented With Strong Organizational Skills.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written.
• Must be Reliable, Responsible, and Able to Work Well Independently as Well as Part of a Team.
