Crisis/Emergency Services Team Leader

The Company: For over 60 years, our client has provided comprehensive behavioral health and family counseling services in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington counties in the Florida Panhandle. They offer objective, professional help with personal problems ranging from family life adjustment difficulties to stress reactions, substance abuse and mental illness.

The Position: Crisis/Emergency Services Team Leader will respond to homes, schools or anywhere within the tri-county community, to provide immediate on-site crisis stabilization. The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

Requirements:

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist under Chapter 491 Florida Statutes preferred.
• Valid Drivers Licence and Elegibility to Drive Center Vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Emergency/Crisis Intervention services and collaborate on processes between the Crisis/Emergency Services and CSU inpatinet services to improve and expidite both services.
• Assure Staff Compliance with all Applicable Training Requirements.
• Evaluate Staff Performance, Compliance, and Responsivness to Clients Needs and Regular Review of Progress of Staff.
• Complete and Cunduct Hiring, Scheduling, Training, Coaching, Corrective Action Plans, Disiplinary Actions, and or Terminations in Consulation with the CSU Coordinator.
• Provide after hour on-call crisis intervention covering nighttime and weekend hours.
