Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician for an immediate opening. Our client's mission is simple: to improve the health of our patients and communities by delivering exceptional health care, removing barriers to that care and promoting healthy lifestyles.

• $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
As an Family Practice Physician, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within a multidisciplinary team.
Additional responsibilities for the Family Practice Physician include:

• schedule available
• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• 22-25 patients a day
• No Hospital Call (phone only
