Master of Social Work (MSW)

We are currently searching for a MSW to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Juno Beach, FL area. Since 1978, they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.

• $22.94 to $28.68 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible For Home Visits With Imminent Patients
• Responsible For Assessments And Intervention With Patient And Family
• 4 to 6 Patients Per Day
• Monday- Friday 8:30 to 5:00
• No Weekends
• No Nights

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in the State of Florida
• 1 Year Experience in Hospice or as MSW
• Experience with EMR
