The Position: Our Client is looking for a Licensed Clinical Team Lead

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Education, Or Mental Health Counseling
• Current Florida License (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• 1+ Year of Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (With Some Flexibility Needed)
• Primarily an Office Based Position w/ Minimal Community Work By Providing Mental Health Screenings for New Clients When Needed
• On Call Requirement
• Overseeing Licensed Therapists (Managing The Team), Ensuring Compliance With Procedures And Policies, Providing Intake Assessments, and Individual Psychotherapy/Counseling
