The Position: Our Client is looking for a Case Manager and is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• Starting Salary of $40,000 (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Related Field
• Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm
• Weekend Rotation Required
• Developing Strategies For Engaging Clients and Developing a Path to Housing the Homeless
• Collaborating with a Clinical Team to Ensure Optimal Care for the Client
• Developing and Implementing Treatment Plans
• Seeing 4-5 Clients a Day
