Full Time Registered Nurse (RN)

The Company: Is a Network of Teen Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Centers With the Mission to Provide Teens and Their Families With the Highest-Quality Care and Treatment for Trauma, Mental Health Issues, Eating Disorders, and Substance Abuse.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

• $34.65 Hour - $42.75 Hour Based On Experience
• 401k With 50% of First 4% Match

Requirements:

• Posses a Current Registered Nurse License In Minnesota
• Experience in Residential Nursing a Plus

Responsibilities:

• It is a Full Residential Facility
• 12 Hour Shifts - 7 am -7 pm OR 7 pm – 7 am.
• Administer Medications and Record Vital Signs.
• Relay Residents' Medical Concerns to NP/MD.
• Implement Treatment Plans and Monitor Conditions.
• Maintain Records and Attend Team Meetings.
• Adhere to Protocols and Ensure Medication Availability.
• Coordinate With Care Coordinators and Order Equipment.
• Perform Phlebotomy if Necessary.
