Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Compensation Package: 

• $85,000 - $100,000 + Salary (Based on Experience) 
• Productivity based on volume
• Full Benefits (Health, Dental)
• 15 days of PTO + 9 Holidays
• 5 days of CME ($2,000 reimbursement)
• Short- and Long-Term Disability
• Life Insurance at 1x the annual salary
• 1005 Paid for Licensed and Dues 

Requirements:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current Pennsylvania Medical license required

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM 
• Call by Phone Only 
  
• No Nights, Rounding, Admitting or Weekends
