Podiatrist

Our client is a growing healthcare organization that partners with Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Illinois. We are looking for a Podiatrist who will be seeing patients in the Chicago and surrounding area, and who will provide exceptional care to every patient.

The Company: Our Client strives to provide their patients with friendly, individualized care, and is known for the great care they take with patients and employees alike.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Podiatrist on a Part-time or Full-time basis. They offer the following:

• 40% of Collections
• Advanced $10 for each patient that is seen
• Paid once a month, on the first of the month
• Additional Gas Reimbursement
  • 3-5 sessions a month, $300 provided
  • 5-10 sessions a month, $500 provided
  • 10-19 sessions a month, $750 provided
  • Hotel reimbursement of $100 a night

Requirements:

• Licensed Podiatrist in Illinois
• Must be Medicare and Medicaid Credentialed and Have Zero Issues or Reprimands
• New Grads Welcome

Responsibilities:

• 1099 Contract Position
• Make Your Own Schedule
• Open to Part-Time or Full-Time
• Going into SNF and ALFs in Assigned Territory
• Ideal Territory Would be Working in Chicago and Surrounding Area Primarily, and be Able to Travel to Southern Illinois for 3-4 Days, One Week Out of the Month
• The Typical Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm in the Facility, Plus Documentation and Travel Time
  • 1 Session - 30 Patients (3- 4 Hours in the Facility to See These Patients, Plus one Hour of Documentation Time)
  • 2 Sessions - 60 Patients (6-7 Hours in the Facility Plus 2 Hours of Documentation)
• Limited Weekend Work Available
• Documentation Needs to be Completed, Preferably by the End of the Day, but Max of 48-72 Hours
