Are you hoping to navigate your way away from one of those mega telehealth platforms that pay by the word and expect you to text 80 clients before you even get out of bed? Or maybe you're stuck in a big agency environment that stifles your identity as a therapist. Does doing therapy the way you were trained in graduate school now just seem like a long-ago idea At Integrity Psychological Services, it isn't! But don't just take our word for it - Here are a few comments from some of our current clinicians who made the leap to join us: • "I've learned to love what I do again, thanks to Integrity!" • "I really can't thank you all enough for the wonderful environment you provide! I wouldn't want to be anywhere else." • "I can honestly say that working at Integrity Psych for the past year has been one of the most rewarding years of my career. The support I receive here has been amazing." • "Integrity Psych is my dream job. I love it here!" Integrity Psychological Services is a boutique group practice of 20+ talented and caring clinicians in Monroeville, PA. We consider ourselves to be 'refugees' from the community mental health world of burnout and low wages and reject the idea that therapists can't earn a good living without sacrificing their own mental health and self-care. Since our beginning in 2010, we've had tremendous growth. In fact, Inc Magazine named us one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Northeast! To meet the demands of our continued growth, we're pleased to be able to invite two more Pennsylvania-licensed therapists into our group (Ph.D., Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). We're looking for therapists and psychologists to see children, teens, adults, AND/OR couples. We don't expect you to work with all of these groups, just the ones that you most enjoy and are skilled at working with. We'd love to meet you if this sounds like you- • You have a clear and active license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania (or are a PSYPACT psychologist). • You can practice independently but also enjoy the process of collaborative consultation no matter how long you've been practicing. • You actually like continuing education because you look for ways to be better and enjoy learning. • You have a solid idea of what your clinical style is. You know who you work best with, and who you don't, and can explain why. • You're well-organized and prompt in responding to client emails and calls. • You can engage clients via Telehealth and you have an appropriate confidential space to work. (If you're local to us in the Pittsburgh area, there's the option to telework from the office if desired, or to work in person). • You're tech-savvy enough to use a web-based practice system and to fill out an Excel spreadsheet. • You agree that the initial session isn't "just asking a bunch of questions" but is probably the most important session you'll ever have with a client. You can explain why that is. • Ideally, you're already credentialed with Highmark, BC/BS, UPMC, Optum/UBH, and/or Aetna (we are not a Medicaid practice) • You understand that good client retention is a two-way street between you and the client. • You share our guiding values of transparency, honesty, integrity, collegiality, and having fun! Compensation: $100,000+ gross depending on caseload size Responsibilities: • Conduct individual or couples therapy with high-functioning clients via a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform • Maintain complete documentation within the legal and ethical guidelines of your licensure • Communicate with our awesome admin team by phone or email as needed • Maintain your own schedule and communicate your availability to the admin team • Send Excel Spreadsheet every week so the admin team can bill your claims for you • Participate in continuing education as is relevant to your license and areas of specialization/interest • Deliver appropriate, evidence-based treatment interventions to clientele Qualifications: • Previous experience doing telehealth is a must • Credentialing is strongly preferred but not required • Interested in belonging to a group environment where you feel valued and unique for what you bring to the team • An active clinical license is a must.
