    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Train, mentor, and coach Dispatcher and Warehouse Leads
    • Customer Service focused with a goal of continuous improvement
    • Promote company goals, initiatives, and vision of Creating an Unparalleled Customer Service Experience for both external & internal customers
    • Fluent in NCE delivery, warehouse & system processes
    • Active member in QIP team (Quality Improvement Process)
    • Back up to Warehouse Leads
    • Implement and manage safety programs
    • Facilitate Associate performance audits
    • Perform Reviews of Dispatch and Warehouse Leads 
    • Oversite of fleet, warehouse assets, space, layout & resources
    • Hold associates accountable to standardized performance metrics
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

    • 5+ years of Leadership experience preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Problem solving, conflict management, and decision making skills
    • 100% Accuracy and DIRTFT – Do It Right The First Time
    • Previous warehouse experience mandatory
    • Accurate, dependable, punctual and detail oriented with great planning & organizational skills
    • Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level with a mindset of continuous improvement
    • Ability to reprioritize quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and complete assigned tasks by deadline

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
    • Warehouse environment
    • Computer and phone use
    • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
    • Some travel for training and/or visits to other Service Centers

    9. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
