    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Area Sales Managers are tasked to lead a production-oriented team to perform at its fullest potential. Actively growing the mindset and knowledge of the solar industry to offer the best services to customers. Area Sales Managers are responsible for constant improvement and training of new representatives. The ideal candidate lives by the company’s core values, leading by example. Is self-driven and goal-oriented, focusing on the goals of each team member and assisting them to get there.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead team meetings

    • Manage 1-on-1 training

    • Manage field training

    • Manage SalesRabbit training

    • Identify markets and manage your territory

    • Set goals for team

    • Keep track of personal and team quotas

    • Adhere to the company’s standards of service

    • Generate and manage leads by setting appointments

    • Input customer information through online portal

    • Follow-up with customers through phone

    • Make a positive impact on the company

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Reliable transportation

    • Driver’s license

    • Reliable smartphone

    • Laptop or tablet

    • Door-to-door experience: 1+ years (required)

    • Solar industry/renewable energy experience: 1+ years (preferred)

    • Sales experience: 1+ year (required)

    • Customer service experience: 1 year (required)

    • Have great communication skills

    • Have a positive attitude

    • Have an eagerness to learn

    • Have a goal-oriented mentality

    COMPENSATION:

    • Pay: Industry-leading commissions, uncapped.

    • Bonus opportunities: Based on the team production.
