    Job Description

    Integrity Trade Services in conjunction with a national legal service provider is looking for highly motivated, hungry and experience individuals for a sales development role. Outbound Sales Reps are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their assigned Account Executives. The sales rep will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact and is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling and email activities. This role will also be responsible for servicing inbound sales leads and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and can set the tone for the sales cycle following.

    he right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

    YOU WILL

    • Cold call prospects to build the Account Executive Sales pipeline.
    • Respond, engage, and qualify leads and inquiries
    • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, qualifying insights, and use-case opportunities
    • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
    • Set appointments for Account Executives when a lead reaches a qualified stage
    • Nurture leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep
    • Drive attendance for webinars (or demos), networking events, and set meetings at conferences (if qualified and ready to be handed off to AE)
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, qualifying insights, and use-case opportunities
    • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
    • Flawless communication skills
    • Ability to learn new software quickly
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently
    • Good time management and analytical skills
    • Able to promote/sell ideas persuasively
    • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
