The E-commerce assistant position will be responsible for maintaining any products that we have on online channels such as Amazon Seller, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot, etc. This person will also be in charge of editing photos, and making them look professional for all the online platforms. Must occasionally update the company e-commerce website backend and theme in order to stay up-to-date with site design and search engine optimization.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, so that they can update and create products in bulk with CSVs. A team player that is able to collab with the other departments in order to get the job done. Someone who is detail-oriented and double-checks their work so the job is finished right the first time. And this person must also be able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing Product Listings - Creating or Updating product listings on multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.

-Photo Editing - Edit photos to be ready for all e-commerce websites (white background, square crop, etc.)

-SEO for Product Listings - know what keywords to use for product titles and descriptions

-Website Maintenance and Theme Customization - maintain and update company e-commerce website using BigCommerce (theme customizations and product listings)

-Occasionally update inventory

-Assist in any other relevant projects given

Desired Experience:

-E-Commerce: 2 years

-Microsoft Excel: 3 years

-Website Maintenance: 2 years

-SEO: 1 year

-Photo Editing (Photoshop): 2 years

-HTML/CSS: 1 year

Desired skills, but not required:

-Digital Marketing

-Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

-Analytics

-Understanding of EDI

What we are looking for:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Team player - be able to collaborate with other departments

Detail-oriented - double-check work in order to avoid mistakes as much as possible

Juggle multiple projects at once when needed

Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work independently with little to no supervision

Pay: Commensurate on experience

Job-type: Full-Time

Schedule:

-8 hour shift

-Monday to Friday
