What we are looking for:
- We are looking for our "Donna," if you are familiar with the TV series SUITS - a true people person with a positive attitude and capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and determination to find solutions.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Previous experience with project management and/or event planning is a plus.
Overview of this position's responsibilities:
- Remember and celebrate customer and associate birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Assist the executive team with meeting scheduling and coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events and holiday planning.
- Office-based position with potential for hybrid work model.
- Keep up with fast-paced operations, follow through on tasks, and ensure timely closure.
- Demonstrate persistence and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Proficient with Mac and Google GSuite products (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meetings).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
- Prepare routine and non-routine reports and presentations.
- Compose letters and correspondence as required.
- Assist with phone calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate on project management tasks.
- Support candidate screenings with HR.
- Ensure new associate onboarding is a great experience.
- Work with HR to improve associate engagement and morale.
- Collect feedback from exit interviews.
