Senior Estimator – Restoration and Paint
Hialeah, FL (Local/Regional Candidates preferred)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who specializes in large scale restoration projects including: concrete restoration, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting, etc. to work out of the office in Hialeah, FL. WE PAY FOR EXPERIENCE, compensation is EXTREMELY competitive and negotiable based on experience.

For the past 30 years, our client is one of the largest and most respected General Contractor in Florida who specializes in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting and more.

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with estimating multi-million-dollar restoration projects. Proficient with reading architectural designs and plans, take offs and specs. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, drawings, bid invitations and procuring all relevant construction documents to provide estimates for company projects. Be apart of the presentation team to bid, planning logistics and staging. Scope of projects range from $250k to multi-million dollars.

To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• Candidates Local or Regional to Miami, FL are preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2-year experience Estimating Restoration projects including: concrete, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting
  
• Experience with commercial High-Rise and residential!
  
• Must have Architectural Design, take offs and specs - ability to read and analyze architectural blueprints and specifications.
  
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs on large scale projects.
  
• Manage and apply plan and specification addendums in relation to assigned bids.
  
• Proficient in Estimating Software required (Bluebeam, Planswift experience a PLUS!)
  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Outlook
