Project Executive – Commercial, Impact Windows and Doors, Construction

Currently seeking a seasoned, high level Construction Project Executive to oversee the management team directly responsible for Glass and Glazing Projects in the South Florida market. Very competitive compensation package, reply for details.

Our client, based in South Florida, is the premier distributor and full-service contractor of impact windows and doors for both commercial and residential markets. With over 20 years in the industry and exclusive partnerships with the largest manufacturers in the country.

Ideal candidates must have strong background within Impact Windows and Doors and commercial grade impact rated products. Managing and developing strategic programs within Commercial Markets: High Rises, New Construction, etc. A minimum of 3 years experience having direct reports and managing a team of Project Managers.

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers overseeing various multiple million-dollar projects. Reporting directly to the owners of the company and working in partnership if the VP’s of the division. Will be onsite and work from an office.

To qualify you must have the following:

?High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred

?Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Construction or Glass and Glazing industry with familiarity of commercial grade impact products.

?Impact Windows and Doors experience in High Rises, Store Fronts, Commercial development or New Construction

?Must have experience with direct reports and managing a team of Project Managers

?Ability to read and analyze architectural blueprints and specifications

?Ability to perform quantity takeoffs on large scale projects

?Manage and apply plan and specification addendums in relation to assigned bids

?Experience with AutoCAD or Knowledge of Bluepoint or Bluebeam a plus

?Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Outlook
