Cabinet/Shelves Installer

Fort Myers, FL - (Candidates willing to commute are encouraged to apply.)

Currently seeking Wood Cabinet and Shelves Installers, previous experience is REQUIRED. This position is based out of Fort Myers. A full-time position with benefits and PTO a company, transportation with a vehicle, must have basic tools and drill all other tools are provided.

Ideal candidates MUST have previous experience installing wood cabinet and shelving for residential new constructions and renovations. Ability to do minor fabrication, able to measure, cut, size and assemble materials. Able to troubleshoot onsite. Working independently and come up with solutions to challenging problems. To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid FL driver’s license: ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Experience installing cabinets, shelves and other carpentry-based products.
• Some knowledge on how to fabricate, able to measure, cut, size and assemble products.
• Work well independently and come up with solutions to challenging problems.
• Expertise ensuring truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment needed to complete the workday.
• Adhering to assigned work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Capable of completing jobs on time and within budget constraints.
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain a positive relationship with Superintendents, other Contactors, fellow employees, and homeowners.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with or learn Microsoft 365 Application.
• Ability to lift and carry.
