Job Description

In this position, the Product Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of all custom decoration projects as well as act as the project manager for product development on multiple programs across the company. He/she will be responsible for planning, tracking, and overseeing execution of these programs inclusive of how product is brought to market in coordination with business units. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining new product information, related to bringing product to market.  

The Product Manager will be the central hub of information and organization for product development projects acting as the liaison to multiple departments. The Product Manager will identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met. 

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops a clear understanding of Company brands
• Develops and understands the relation of brands as they pertain to each business unit
• Manages and Tracks Custom Decorated projects by communicating and managing relationship with Custom Decorated vendors
• Maintains Custom Decorated Standard Operating Procedure document
• Manages and Track additional product development projects, including:
  • Cloud Terre project
  • New Product launches
• Liaises amongst Sales, Marketing, and other departments as it pertains to projects, which includes leading scheduled meetings to discuss/ensure calendar deadlines are met
• Manages and tracks the end to end process of product development (concept to market) which includes product concept, development, incorporating price, sample review, quality inspection, testing, packaging, labeling, SKU creation, and delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
• Excellent follow through and strong attention to detail.
